First Finger Patterns

These First Finger patterns are a set of concert pieces for the inexperienced violin student with a limited technique. Each solo part is complemented by an attractive and imaginative accompaniment giving a ‘concert’ feel to the pieces. This is intended to encourage performing experience - an important aspect of music making at any standard.
