"Clarinet Crazy!" is written for Leif-Arne Pedersen, Solo Clarinetist with the Oslo Philharmonic and former Artistic director at The Royal Norwegian Navy Band.
The medley consist of the tunes “Nice Work if You Can Get It”, “But Not for Me”, “Embracable You” and “I Got Rhythm”. All four songs are from the Gershwin musicals Girl Crazy (1930) and Crazy for You (1992). Clarinet Crazy! became the obvious title of this medley.
